Rice House (ca 1894)
718 19th Street

First occupied by a renter, the home is named for Myer C. Rice, proprietor of the London Clothing House Store, who lived here between 1900 and 1910. This home is another example of the Queen Anne style. The entrance is recessed with sidelights. Original trim remains above the front window and the recessed attic window contains many small panes on the upper sash.
