Charles Lidders built this home and
it remained in his family until
1976. The house is a Bungalow
style with Tudor Revival influence.
The low lines with the look of a
single story, the low shed dormers
for additional space and light, and
the porch with the gable end facing
the street, are typical of Bungalow
style houses. The Tudor influence is seen in the suggestion of half
timbering in the gable end. The porch was enclosed at a later date.
