Fall Project:
There was discussion of past projects – old house workshop, tour yesterday, neighborhood walks. Neighborhood
walk ideas included 14th Street , Augie area. There was no consensus on a project for fall. Fund raising event
ideas were also discussed including a tour of homes (possibly in Highland Park ) or a High Tea featuring gardens
of historic homes; Tea could be served in the yards or possibly at Hauberg where we could use their kitchen
facilities and highlight Hauberg grounds as well. This option received the most support. Target time would be
next June when gardens would be at their peak. The Gold Coast recently hosted a similar event – we could check
with them to see how it went.
